• Present product outputs as certified compliance, legal advice, or a substitute for qualified review.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe or overload systems, or bypass security or tenant isolation.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site or service except via documented interfaces we expressly allow.
• Share accounts, sell access, or use the service for a third party’s products without our written permission.
• Submit unlawful, defamatory, or confidential third-party data you are not entitled to process.
• Interfere with other customers’ use or attempt to access another organisation’s data.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report to authorities where appropriate. You remain responsible for your users’ conduct.
